i hope he doesn't rest Cassetti, we rely on him and he's my favourite player at the mo. Deeney or Vydra but not both, for FF. I'd also keep Anya on.. and with no Hall or Hoban, hopefully the rumours of Ekstrand being back are true! i'm glad i don't have to make the decision either, i'm just hoping i don't turn up in Ipswich and feel my heart sink like it did in Bristol!
I get that feeling everytime I pass through that place as well Please please please and many more pretty please, please beat them
Agree with that, even if you give them both 45 mins and give FF a run out. They are both in form and we need them. If he's gonna tinker then one striker, one midfielder and one defender would be the best way, with three subs available during the match. Then he can give others a run out if we're a few ahead, but also bring the regulars on if we're trailing and need a boost. Keep the nucleus of the team in place please GZ.
Good morning Hornets. What a lovely day to take a trip to suffolk and , not just rob them, but turn them over in style and travel back with 3 well deserved points. I will be following with great interest on bbc text, unless someone can provide me with a better link <hint hint> Please remember to wipe your feet on the way out of Suffolk
if you can get Tune In Radio, you may be able to get the wonderful Jon Marks commentary from 3CR...though i'm not sure if it's blocked on a Tuesday like it is on a Saturday..
morning all It's a crisp ol' day out there and a perfect day for football...gotta admit, i'm nervous about tonight...but hopefully we'll smash 'em!
Last time I tried 3CR was on a saturday, I think it was your game against Bolton, and all I got was a bloody Luton commentary
Tee-hee! Just read that out to Mrs GG and got a very dismissive look. Could be a long day for her if I keep her up to date with all the tractor-baiting banter.
Please tell me mrs GG is not a binner? Does she know that Ipswich is actually spelt 1p5wich? This one could put you in her good books for quite a while
Looking forward to going to this game. Last game I could make was charlton at home. Am desperate that not too much rotation. Really want to see Vydra and Deeny. If rotation has to be, then can they please play first 60 mins and then go off. In my opinion it doesn't work to have the regular players come on after 60 mins. By then the tone of the game has been set.
My guess at tonights line up... Almunia, Ekstrand, Nosworthy, Doyley, Pudil, Battocchio, Chalobah, Cassetti, Forestieri, Deeney.
