If it came two it I reckon they'd go together as teamsters to put Alonso on the floor. tag-team buddies
Hmmmmmm top gear has for me in a way changed slightly, it's all about the SHAZAM! and celebrities more so than the cars and reality of the program; it seems for me they have gone over the cliff and ruined once a good show a few years back. Seems they like to involve Sex and Porn into their shows a bit more now when they are doing their news which I find odd from a personal point of view. It seems the only way they can get viewers now is to shock and irritate as many people as possible and involve Matt Le Blanc, Bruce Willis, some rock dude (sorry I'm rubbish with music) and Lewis Hamilton, just seems too wam bam thank you mam etc... a bit scripted etc... And considering the crowd of the country which are Hamilton supporters watching Top gear you are right they wanted a certain person to beat, *sorry* destroy that time and with that short clip of him spinning shows how hard he was pushing more so than the rest did. Vettel is very likely the most disliked driver in the UK and maybe the planet at this moment in time, but it would of been a rubbish end to a British show if Lewis didn't beat Seb's time. My only major problem with it is; if it was 0.1-0.5 I would of accepted the time. But 1.1 seconds just seems too fairy tale and prepared for in my opinion when you look at other F1 drivers times on that track that average around in the 44 mark first time round in the dry. 42.9..... sorry but I don't think so without some considerable hours on track. The place he really made the time was the 2nd to last corner, he pretty much floored over it while drifting, he knew exactly where to turn.
I can only help but agree, Topgear was still funny a few seasons back when it only started to get controversial. But now they could take a dump on set and walk off and they would still get the views. Seems like they are trying too hard to be funny and repetitive (world's smallest car) - (Kia/Dacia rugby).... I also agree that the crowd are Ham fans, but then again you have admit there are British, and what else would you expect? Him spinning out, and the lah di dah behind the wheel is just something to make his lap time look more fantastic, yes they needed him to beat Vettel. Thus bringing him on would be a bit stupid. Basically he came on to re-establish his name, and tell us to wait until 2014.

Why the skip between :42 and :43 on Hamiltons lap? Just micro-analysed both laps, Vettel seems perfect on the last corner entry and exit, Hamilton goes wider and jumps the kerb. If anything he should be slower? Because where else could he have gained time, unless he had more practice?
So a bit of fun and games has turned into a conspiracy?. I thought this was Not606 not a David Icke style forum!
Meh it passes the time until testing. PROOF THAT HAMILTON CUTS CORNER AGAIN OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO: please log in to view this image Nowhere near as bad as last time but manny is right that they cut out right after he starts putting his tyres over the white line which you're not meant to do on top gear laps.
Too late already on the phone to him..............."what you want me to pay you? Fk off! Charlie you corrupt bastard!"
you only really need to look at the sky to see you're wasting your time trying to analyse Hamiltons 'lap'.
i was just pointing out the sky conditions are clearly very different during the various clips they show, indicating the clips aren't from the same lap, even though they're put together in such a way to imply they are.
