Leeds old boy James Milner is set to play against his childhood club where he first made a name for himself. Lets hope he recieves a warm welcome from the Leeds travelling supporters. Vincent Kompany has a calf injury and is again unlikely to be risked. Carlos Tevez is available again after personal issues and defender Matija Nastasic could also return.

Warnock needs to decide whether to stick with the experienced hands of Kenny or give Jamie Ashdown his regular Cup slot.

Newcomers Steve Morison and Stephen Warnock are both available as neither played for their previous clubs in previous rounds of the Cup. Warnock needs to decide who to play up front with El-Hadji Diouf, McCormack, Habibou and Morison all fit to start

    MATCH FACTS

    Head-to-head
    • Only two wins separate these clubs after 103 competitive meetings over 89 years; Manchester City have claimed 44, Leeds 42 with 17 all square.

    • Leeds have won their most recent clash, 2-1 in the Premier League in March 2004 at Elland Road.

    • Leeds also hold a 3-2 lead after five ties with City in the FA Cup, which culminated in a 5-2 fourth round victory at Maine Road in January 2000.

Afternoon. Really can't see us winning this. Even City's 2nd string would be able to hold down a place in the PL. Let's hope we at least give them a game & we play some good stuff

Hard to get fired up for this. On a hiding to nothing probably. Still, biggest game of our season, fingerscrossed

Why don't we replace Varney & play with 11 men? <whistle>

On a more serious note, Elland - you think we should drop Rosco??

Ross should play, as should Brown. If anyone's going to stop City playing, Brown's that man. Whether he survives the whole game without getting tow yellows is another matter.

Worth starting with Habibou & a fe other squad players? Nothing to lose & a far bigger game on Wednesday.

We need a centre forward, we only have Morison, so he has to play, and Diouf has the experience, know how and skill to both compete and draw fouls.

Priority no 1 for us now so no chance of a 2nd string playing, other than Hart being switched for Pantilimon who's plays the cup games.
Warnock has done a good job in pissing Mancini off by shouting his mouth off in the press, how he thinks that will help leeds tomorrow god alone knows
I expect us to line up

    Pantilimon
    Zabaleta Kompany Nastasic Clichy
    Milner Yaya Barry
    Tevez Silva
    Aguero

Anyone coming to the game tomorrow?
Nowhere for away fans to drink around the ground,it's all strictly home fans in the few pubs nearby but the pubs around Shambles Square near Victoria station seem to be where the away fans usually congregate

It is sad to say but I hope this game proves beyond any doubt that we need a new manager in place a.s.a.p. If we are to go down the youth route and I accept that this is the way the new owners see our progress in the future, then we don't need a manager like Warnock in charge of the club and if I am totally honest, we don't need the pensioner players he has brought to the club. I don't want to see Leeds get hammered by Man City, but I do want them to win by enough for the new owners of Leeds to act.

Pantilimon has some growing to do if he ever wants to be as good as Hart

Kompany was touch and go for last week at Southampton but they decided not to risk him
    That went well
    Has trained all week
