Both beaten mate, mine got a shocking run, stopped in his tracks went starting his move turning in......goes in notebook!
i'm hoping that red sherlock can take this on route to cheltenham. I backed it straight after the race last time as i was extremely impressed. Time may tell it beat nothing but it was all so easy and the fact the sp was pretty much the same as the opening price tells that the yard were not expecting that. also the 9lb that captain cutter gives could be crucial. I won't be backing it tomorrow but hoping for a nice win!
He is running tomorrow to qualify him for the Final at Cheltenham. They would be delighted if he were to ease a few pounds in the ratings for the Festival. Suffice to say that I will only be watching tomorrow!
I also agre on Day's Ahead. Does that mean we are already screwed?!! Had him on his last few wins so won't be too upset either way.
The market should give big clues tomorrow. Captain Cutter beat a very good Pipe horse on debut so the yard will have a very good idea as to their chances! I was impressed by both on debut but CAPTAIN CUTTER certainly beat more! The age allowance balances is out but if one of these hoses up then we have a new Festival favourite im my opinion!
