Annoyingly I think that our lads will win those awards.

 

Vydra is in with a shout but Nige is surely nailed on. Maximum points in the league in Jan an only a Cup draw to blemish a perfect month.

There is one thing worse than winning the manager of the month (and the curse)

It is not winning it.

I don't want to see Steve Bruce win a manager of the month award because it means that they've had a good month.
If you've had a good month perhaps even having the curse would be worth it.

If you won 5 out of 5 games, then got manager of the month and lost the next game you'd have won 5 from 6 (15 points from a possible 18)
Most people would accept that

 

Depends how bad the curse is, Hull didn't win a single game in January and have only just recovered!

 

Fully deserved and I'm glad he's won it.

The curse lasts 1 game and it has already struck us with the Peterborough result

Our record is very good this season after taking the lead. Plus it was the first time this season we have conceded in the last 10 mins

There it is then. If we do poor against Charlton Freddy will be hung, drawn and quartered

 

It obviously last more than one game - we've already lost two in Feb! But hopefully that's it now.

 

I dont include cup games. I wasnt that bothered when we got knocked out the Capital One cup it was just the way we got knocked out. Getting knocked out the FA Cup again doesnt bother me too much

 

Still a loss though, whether we profit from it in the future or not.
