Just back from the match - Worst officiating i've ever seen in my life. Reminded me of another Norwegian referee in the Chelsea v Barca Champions League match a few years ago. Neither goal was offside and some of the yellow cards dished out to our players were a joke. Don't like to shout 'fixed' but UEFA need to look at this one. Those jokers should never referee a top level European match again.

Was my first reaction too <ok> but obviously I could have been drawn in by the biased feelings of a fan seeing things from one perspective in the heat of the moment. However, I also recorded it and am going to watch it back again with a cool head to see how bad those decisions really were.

No needed to get personal ACS. Yes he had been bought as part of an organised match fixing ring, but you can't prove his personal persuasion.

My love of shouting "fixed" and "cheat" are only surpassed by my love of booing, and these chaps deserve every curse word and accusation of foul play heading their way <ok>

If one of us reported the game as potentially fixed to the police, do they have to investigate it? That seems to be the precedent they set for the John Terry case...

First goal was absolutely fine and definitely NOT offside. What l think happened was that our forward movement was so slick with players running off each other, drawing defenders and crossing over, that it seemed to flummox the linesman, who when he did raise his flag, did it very late.
Second goal, if you are going to interoperate the rule the umpth degree was offside. Looking across the shaded areas on the pitch, Cisse's knee was offside and technically if any part of the players body, that could reasonably be used to score a goal is in an offside position, at the time the pass is made, then the player is offside.
Still should have been 1-0 and l thought the ref and linesmen were shocking, taken in by playacting, although our chum Tiote could have walked again and so could Cabaye if the ref had deemed his elbow on the player who had previously caught him in the mouth, deliberate, which l personally think think it was. Have seen that side of Cabaye more than once for it to just be coincidence, that if a player hurts him in a game, he will go looking for some payback. Not a good situation when both your CM's are on yellow cards neither of them needed to have.

The officials where shocking, some of the worst I've seen. Could easily have been fixed but i think they are just terrible at their jobs tbh.

Personally I was loving this yesterday, a real good, old fashioned, midfield battle. Wish i could have lip-read some of what was being said between the two. The elbow was a bit naughty but barely touched the Suarez wanna-be who could have picked up an oscar along with some of his team mates for some of the dramatics last night, and this will be something we will have to be aware of in Ukraine.

Agree Tiote could have walked though , the lad needs to think before going flying in.

That's an insult to all bent people.

You'd think with two extra goal line officials in these games that they'd somehow manage to keep on top of things though.

Funnily enough, a guy sitting not too far away from me had his little girl of about 6 with him and she was asking what the men with red jackets on were doing, and when the idiots started with the flares she said something about how people could get burned with them and that they were very silly. Obviously more intelligent than the idiots that had taken them to the ground.
