I think it will be more like "it's a poor Real side". The other plum sucker has been laying the foundations for weeks.
It was great to see us giving it a real go, i would say the second half was abit even, they had chances but we had chances too, Van Persie missed a sitter which by his standard he should of scored. but no worries, this game showed that in second leg we will have chances too, it would be much more open then this game. defended well apart from the goal. Great thing is that in second leg we will have Vidic playing. they should of had a red card though and De Gea man of the match. I don't get why people slating Rooney for, he as playing out of position, right wing and he played in left wing, running up and down tirelessly, he got tired towards the end of the game as you could see after running up and down non stop throughout of the game, that's why i believe he got subbed off.. ROLL ON THE SECOND LEG! BELIEVE!
when giggs had that chance, he should've took a first time shot but i'm not complaining, what a result for us, by far our top 5 results of the season in my opinion.
after second half, we changed our game, we played more tighter, i don't know what SAF would of said at half time but it worked. I don't know why the ref stopped the play before the corner, terrible ref.
, at least he's in the champions league unlike Eden '' i joined Chelsea because they won the champions league '' Hazard.
RVP: "We had a couple of chances and if you said we would have left here with a 1-1 at the beginning of it we'd have taken it." #MUFC"
And? We did win it and we were in it... Anyway been there done that... A Europa League Final v Tottenham in Amsterdam is where it's at anyways
Hardly, we were away from home. On balance in the end though we had some great chances to win it second half also. Real won't play counter attack either, they don't have that luxury as they have to score and we don't. They only ones hitting on the counter attack will be us.
