When all is said and done the only thing that matters most is the league table. The final one.

Next tuesday the race to the finish line starts. By then Hull City will hopefully start 6 points ahead of Lesta.

This thread is now used for general Hull/Leicester banter, so it doesn't ruin every thread. I bet less than a quarter of it is even actually about Prozzie.

Besides, if James had been £2.6m and hardly ever got into our starting line up despite being in his prime and despite us all telling you how amazing he was before he even kicked a ball for us, then you'd have every right to make a 100 page thread about it!

    My point exactly.

A bit of banter. You can slag Prozzie off all day long for me but please don't throw a paddy when one of yours gets a bit back.

It just makes you look like a proper tart.

Not aimed at you Gangster my old mate.

True. Still haven't got over how ****e Futacs was last night. I was pleasantly surprised when he was named in the starting line up last night, because I believe everyone deserves a fair chance. That performance has almost made me chance my philosophy. As I said a couple of days ago, there's a reason why Waggy and Vardy are getting picked ahead of him, as ineffective as those two are at times.

In fairness to Futacs he hasn't been involved at all. To be given a rare start isn't enough to judge him

At times he does look a bit of a donkey but he looks decent at others

If Prossy had cost us £2.6M then that might be a fair comparison. As he won't unless clauses are triggered I don't see the point. (Published accounts show the additions for the last year, including Prossy, came to a total of £2.3M. That includes all guaranteed fees regardless of when the cash changes hands and any agent fees related to all the signings)

Your club publicly announced it was 2.6M so even if you are right you will never convince anyone anything else. We had alot of people telling us that he was going to score thousands of goals and he has failed spectacularly. We took alot of grief and rightly so for us bigging up people like Matt Mills and Jermaine Beckford. So you have to accept some back

But as said above most of this thread is just petty arguing.

They won't believe you, they think they know more about Hull City than we do.

Who on Earth said Proschwitz would score thousands of goals?

I think I might have said I expected him to score 23,000 goals in his first season.

Sorry about that, I perhaps got a little carried away.

Still, at least I'm not stupid enough to think we spent £2m on the bugger. <laugh>

    From Hull's official website

    http://www.hullcityafc.net/news/article/nick-proschwitz-interview-250043.aspx

If it was all rumours you would have at least put the fee was undisclosed

The same bloke sad we were going to increase the stadium to 40,000 seats and charge £10 to get in.

Same bloke said he'd move out of the KC Stadium and build a new one in a field ten miles outside of Hull.

    True or false?
