ozil is an attacking midfielder. No way I'd take Alonso out either. and RVP is up front on his own anyway, he'd have Rooney, Di Maria and Ronaldo too.
True, now we've sorted the first 11 out, who would be on the bench, mine would be - Casillas, Ferdinand, Benzema, Hernandez, Di Maria, Nani, Young.
yeah, I figured the creativity would come from the wings! Think Rooney can grab a game by the balls though which is why he's there. Oh and Matth, I'm a big fan of Valencia but Di Maria is better.
taking my red glasses off, i think not, he offers more going forward and he helps his right-back out as well
How can you put De Gea ahead of Casillas? The mind boggles De Gea, Pepe, Evra, Modric, Nani, Ozil, Benzema
True, he must be playing with an injury, although, he was showing signs on sunday, that he was coming back into form.
that was me trying not be biased, also we've got to keep an eye out on Di Maria tomorrow, he goes to ground far too easily in my opinion, the referee will have to look out for his antics as well.
With all the focus on Ronaldo, I think we are going to see Mesut Ozil steal the show. United probably going to play Jones in midfield, and with him shuffling to wherever Ronaldo goes, it should leave space for Ozil to exploit. The guy is a brilliant player and also a big game player.
or a United player stealing the headlines like Hernandez, i can see him scoring if he comes off the bench tomorrow night.
