I would normally pap this on the Leggo Blog thread but this realy does take the ****ing biscuit. This from the man who tells everyone on a daily basis that Celtic fans are obsessed.

Set faces to stunned.

The furore over Rangers giving Juventus the use of Auchenhowie to prepare for their Champions League clash against Celtic will serve as good PR for the Ibrox club. My understanding is that Juventus are not very happy at the way Celtic have responded to what is essentially a courtesy shown them by an old footballing friend and rival.

This will make Celtic “the talk of the steamie” in European football and help to highlight the extraordinary levels of bigotry and hate shown towards Scotland’s biggest club. Juve will no doubt be used to such envy given that they are a big club themselves but I believe this trip to Glasgow has been a real eye-opener for the Old Lady.

If it helps to incentivise their players to drum Celtic out of the Champions League, it won’t be the first time that Celtic have contrived to their own doom. Celtic’s pettiness was typified by Kris Commons’ remark about Juventus training at a Division Three training ground. By the look of Commons, it appears he does all his training in McDonald’s.

Juventus training at Auchenhowie has become a much bigger deal than it should be, It’s even got so bad the pope has resigned in protest.

This resignation has stirred up a veritable hornets’ nest of theological issues. For example, should the Vatican be docked ten points for the pope going into retirement? And can they install a new pope outside the transfer window?

I thought popes were like time lords – they had to regenerate. You just can’t see Doctor Who retiring, can you?
Of course, those who study such matters are very aware that, according to an ancient prophecy uttered by Saint Malachy, the next pope is supposed to be the last one.

This is the famed Petrus Romanus – Peter The Roman.

The question is – would this be a promotion or a demotion for Lawwell?

Sources close to Pope Benedict – or Benny as he will now be known – say that all the fun has gone out of being pope for him now that Rangers fans no longer sing about him.

Of course, the cynics are all saying that Benedict has resigned because a big scandal is about to be uncovered in the Vatican. However, no evidence exists to suggest that anyone in St Peter’s has sent any emails poking fun at Hugh Dallas.
It must be hard being pope – for example, who does he support in tonight’s game between Celtic and Juventus?

I don’t have this problem, thankfully.

Forza Juve!!

The sad, tragic, existence of this man, is a frightening reflection on the failures of humanity.

Love every post by this nutcase and the SEVCO response in lapping it up. He is really hurting, really really hurting to the extent that if he were human you would fear for his state of mind.

Going by tonights result, it seems that he was spot on about Juve not being happy with Celtic's petty responses to them training at Murray Park. Just saying like.

Keen observers of this blog will note that it recently went through the million barrier in terms of hits.

My thanks to everybody who reads what I write on here – even when you don’t agree with what I say.

It seems like ages ago when I began to blog on the Rangers situation – prompted both by a desire to say my piece and by the inspiration of David Leggat, still the daddy of Rangers bloggers.

Much has happened since I took my wee slingshot off to meet Goliath only a few months ago and there have been both heartaches and victories on the way.

It’s just great to see the team I love get stronger and make progress in an environment which is so hostile and bigoted.

I have made lots of new friends and some enemies through blogging on here and at CRO but it’s been well worth the journey.

This morning I interviewed Alex Thomson of Channel 4 on behalf of CRO and it will be up on that site once it’s ready.

Thomson had some surprising things to say about his involvement with the Rangers story although I doubt any RSC will be getting named the Alex Thomson Loyal anytime soon!

As for the Gers, I think some good news is on the horizon so keep your chins up, fellow bluenoses.

And for those who like to denigrate my blogging I have absolutely nothing to say…

Except…

Check the blog count!
