I'm going to put down £1 on Commons and 2-0, I had a vision. I have never placed a bet of more than £1 in my life and never will, but did consider also placing a pound on commons and another whole pound on 2-0 but then thought, no, discipline, £1 a week maximum!!!

Wish I never bothered now feel so guilty!

Tonight, Biggus, I’ll be trawling this site looking for evidence that Celtic fans are either 1) not at the game 2) not watching the game with their fullest attention 3) making comments about any matter not specifically related to the match or Celtic Football Club or, much worse 4) making reference – in any way whatsoever – to Aberdeen.

I shall then collate this information and come back and present you with implacable evidence that you are all plastic, Aberdeen-obsessed **** monkeys (or similar).

    Truly, my life is full.

Yeah, breaking them down will be as tough as Barca. Is Chiellini playing or is he still injured!? I think i'd take the lead too, albeit warily, but something inside says a 0-0 could actually work out very well for us. **** knows but it's going to be some game. Their midfield is absolutely immense <ok>

    Bring it on though <grr>

    Nail, hammer, head.

As usual it falls on Psycho to point out the idiocies of your average armchair Celtic supporting person.

Remember, if Celtic lose, to post a thread on GC highlighting the fact whilst completely ignoring the fact your own team is utter ****e would likely lose by at least 10 to Juve.

Was he there to see Duran Duran?

I wouldn't be surprised if he had a thing for Simon le Bon.

Breaking them down will be tougher than Barca - I doubt very much whether we'll score a free header from a corner or from a keeper's kickout tonight.

Stuck Broon on as anytime scorer. 8-1

Also stuck a cheeky couple of quid on 0-0 at 13-2 (pretty damn good odds if you ask me).

My honest predicition for the game is a bit more heartbreaking, though.

2-1 everyday of the week. any lead to take over there is important.

say the first leg is 2-1, if we concede in turin we need a goal to go through, the same as if the first leg was 0-0.

if it's 0-0 in the first leg and we go 2-0 down in turin its curtains. whereas if its 2-1 then we go 2-0 down we still have a chance

I don't why people are nervous tonight, the qualifiers were the nervous games , the group stages was a bonus, last 16 an extra bonus , tonight is about enjoying the occasion and hoping the game is alive when we go to Turin in 3 weeks , especially for fans who have forked out their dough to travel there .
