That's why I wouldn't want avoid the score, would rather watch it knowing we win rather than watch that pile of **** that was put out earlier.
Watch whether we are **** or not. Win, lose or draw, if you know the scores its never the same. Despite beingshit, glad I watched it
Too many ifs and buts, its been tge same for three seasons! Foster had a good game but ultimately, we were ****. And its not often you will hear me say that!
Worst part about it, the referee had an absolute stinker but gave us the big decisions and we still lost!!! Anyway, its2.24am...I'm ****ing off to bed!
Then raw dog away my friend! What a day, what a game, the way we put away our chances were fantastic, finally hitting the vein of form and consistency to boot.
Well he could have just signed Lukaku! How slow did he make our defense, especially Agger, look! Right your going to bed, Im about to FIFA up.
There was a time when I used to really look forward to going to Anfield, now its just another game where you could save a bit of cash by not going. Never the less see you saturday.
This is one of the few results where I'm still fuming the next morning! Such a poor display from pretty much everyone - Johnson and Enrique had shockers. Literally failed to complete any of their passes and their attacks were diabolical. The passing, control and concentration was unbelievable and quite frankly, it was depressing. We've completely shot ourselves in the foot with this. I know top 4 wasn't the aim of this season but if we're going to drop points, I rather do it in the games that we're not expected to win. Losing at home to WBA is not on. Shelvey and Borini are simply not ready for first team action - I do believe they can provide good squad depth but nothing more at this moment in time. Also, we missed Sturridge badly - if Suarez is having an off day, then our attack is toothless. I seriously hope Rodgers can bring in some established quality players in the summer - I don't mean we need some 28 year old who is at the peak of his career. Using Eriksen as an example, he's only 21 but he has experience of playing at the top level - both internationally and domestically. Sturridge is only 23 but the same applies. Players that can come in a make a difference. Coutinho looked tidy but can't say anymore. Having said that - it was one of the worst displays I have seen all season yet we dominated, created chances and missed a penalty. To sum it up - it was like watching Liverpool of 2012.
Another weakness is our heading and attacking set pieces. Agger missed some great chances and he has done before. Only Skrtel and Gerrard can seem to generate pace and power when heading the ball.
I think Gerrard and Reina need to take more responsibility. If you are going to step up for a game-changing penalty you need to hit it with far more conviction than that. And Reina did nothing for the second goal while the first was headed from inside the 6 yard box which is his zone.
It wasn't Gerrard's best penalty but equally, it was a very good save. I read somewhere that Gerrard has missed the last 3 penalties in the PL and LFC have missed the last 6 out of 7.
A savable penalty is a bad penalty. If you are going to hit it on the ground then it needs to be in the corner or you are just flipping a coin.
