Just to let you know i have resigned as a MOD and am also leaving the forum. Football debate and create has virtually come to a standstill on here lately and all that is left are groups of wummers and people that prefer to argue about bollocks and bullshit. There are more comments about tit for tat issues than there are in any well thought our article about the swans and about football, sure the odd article off topic is great but for me it seems the board is becoming hi-jacked with an in crowd of people that seem to enjoy general wumming and arguments rather than debating the Swans. I hope the forum returns to former glory and if/when it does i shall become a part of it once again. I hope to drop in and enjoy the forum and its many fine posters once again,there are too many great contributors to mention in dispatches but i salute you all...you love the swans and love to debate and create about the Swans.A special mention to KJ who im glad i patched things up with. Why the **** should Ash or myself be kept busy by **** stirring Jacks who enjoy wumming the opposition and each other up ?? im here to enjoy football banter not worry about who's gang is right and who's gang is wrong! its clear to see there is an agenda to **** about on here and i aint here to sweep up bollocks from childish ass holes intent on serving their own personal ego's and mini lunch time battles when bored as **** at home or in work. As of now i resign as a MOD and probably from this board,at least for a while. Football banter has been taken over by childish school yard bullshit and opinions have ceased to be respected. Debate about the Swans is practically non exsistant despite some superb threads posted by football minded Jacks,look at the recent Articles and see who wants to talk football and who wants to talk bullshit and bollocks,check the comments alongside and you will see how this forum is going down hill . People fall out, look at me and KJ, fell out for ages but even back then there was a respect to the content and the views of others,this doesnt happen anymore, its gang warfare and bullying on a grand scale and im having none of that, whatever a MOD does is the wrong thing and why the **** should the MODS have to teach people how to be respectful to others and to the forum ?? What load of Bollocks this place has become, a sad day folks ..but **** it im off "
I have made a point of steering clear of all the nonsense lately. Shame you feel that way. I used to enjoy the crack with a poster who called himself "seabreeze". What happened to him?
See you Norway, think I'll join you as I'm sick to death of the crap that's happening on the forum. I only want to discuss football and don't want to get involved in anything else. I came back here because I thought it was a nice place to have a banter. I was wrong obviously, I have looked at planet swans and it doesn't float my boat, the same as vital as well, none of the other replacement 606 forums are up to much. This forum with users that I've known since the old BBC days was the place to be IMO, we always had a good craic with people who were the jacks, the old enemy up the road were tolerated and sometimes even accepted, a lot of them came here too. The infighting and point scoring pisses me off no end, the wums as long as it is in good humour and not abusive is okay in my book. There is no justification in the constant abuse that is on here, and its driving people away from here! It will be a boring ****ing forum with no one on here, it's a boring forum where everyone is agreeing with everyone. People have a difference of opinion and that fuels debate, it shouldn't fuel abuse! For that reason I'm out of here!
Spot on Norway which is why I have hardly posted the past week or so. Thye bickering and arguing is really getting tedious on here now. Hopefully things will improve in the future as I for one joined to discuss all things Swansea City and football. All the best Norway, and hope to see you back on here one day
Sorry you guys are leaving but I fully understand your reasons. I agree with everything you say about the squabbling that goes on here. It's petty, childish, plain ****ing boring and I've got better things to do with my time than plough through that ****!! I know the old 606 had the odd problem but nothing on this scale, which is why I much preferred it. I'm going to soldier on for a little while longer but if things don't improve, I'm going to let the cyber warriors get on with it and join you. Good luck, lads, I hope our paths cross again in the future.
Real sad day when good posters are leaving the site. Really enjoy the banter lads, but just give it one last go, otherwise there won't be many left here to discuss all things Swans.

That's a huge shame, Norway, I thought you did a great job as a mod - a fair and mature approach. Yesterday was pretty dire on here, mind, due to the 'QPR thing'. It can't get any worse - can it?
Sorry to see you go Norway, I've always thought that both you and Ash have done a really good job with the Moderating, but it's a thankless job, and there have been far too many problems of late. I've noticed that every time I take a break from here for what ever reason, when I come back there has always been some issue or other, but there you go, that's life, I'll soldier on as Ivor has stated, but must admit I don't post much these days, but wish you all the very best, really enjoyed your posts!.................. PS: I hope your decision isn't over the QPR garbage though, as that would be sad, they will be gone soon enough, and so will their idiots!...........
Glad I got a special mention NJ but DON'T GO!!! I left recently as you know because to cut a long story short I'd had enough. Too much bullying, too much snidey comments from the same people (one of whom is still at it) and it does wear you down. To be honest I haven't ruled out taking myself off again. Banter is great but some of the recent stuff is downright nasty. If people disagree, they're mocked and abused by some on here. That's why Breezy left. Some of our number have also taken great delight in over the top wumming on other boards too. Far beyond the usual good natured banter. As a result our board gets invaded and then those posters are the very ones moaning about it. A mod's job is almost impossible in those circumstances. Take a break - you'll feel better for it.
