Looks like he's moving ok to me!

 

It is going to be a tough week playing today, flying to Russia and playing there on Thursday and then coming home for a game on Sunday. I think a bit of rotation is needed. Suarez and Reina also played in Qatar last Wednesday.

Reina can do both games. Skrtel can play his old club with Coates with Carragher and Agger in tonight. After that it gets a bit tough.

 

just spoken to my manc supporting reporter mate. He thinks it highly unlikely that Sturridge will play. Possibly on the bench, but probably not. Ineligible for Zenit, so should be back against Swansea

 

Maybe Borini will start tonight.

Definitely would like to see Enrique move up further. He was **** hot before he got injured in a more advanced role.

 

Could see Sterling re-introduced or possibly ( doubtful) Assaidi out wide.

I know it's the wrong thread but Yesil has ruptured his anterior cruciate ligament and will be out for the rest of the season.

 

Shelvey is rumoured to be starting in place of Sturridge tonight.

 

Let's hope his time out has made him work hard like Hendo.

If shelvey starts tonight rodgers is a clown. honestly.... if after reading his comments last week he gets picked then there's no discipline. Add that to the fact he's a bad option for playing forward too...

shelvey, downing and suarez? I'd rather put carra up there with suarez.

 

Thing with Shelvey is that he will get into great positions ... problem is that his finishing and overall technique is extremely raw.

Would prefer to see Borini or Sterling.

 

Do you think Sterling hasn't had much of a chance recently due to personal problems? or just purely because of poor form/fatigue?
