Since the stadium opened, it's ALWAYS been the case that both clubs were limited to training time on the pitch. So no news there. I've no idea who John Whitely is. He may well be a legend in Rl and a truly great man. The pictures were presumably taken down when AP decided not to pay. That's his business decision. The stadium complex needs to turn a profit to pay for its maintenance, especially if some tenants don't want to pay their share. The losses posted are misleading. The SMC still has strong assets and is a viable concern. To claim otherwise is ignorance or mischief making. As I said, you need to look further than that RL board for more informd opinions.

When you consider you're competing against so few other teams, most with an income far below yours, the return in trophies at FC is pitiful. The football club may not have won much, but its national profile is still far in excess of RL, I mean, isn't it ranked in the same viewing slot as table tennis? My pub's got a wall full of trophies, does that make them bigger than FC? You really need to widen your horizons. Just enjoy your sport for what it is.
