Gosh, fancy you trying to have a dig at mods. <whistle>

It's not convenient as it happens, there's dozens of things I could be doing that are more fun, but working in the background means people don't have to plough through dozens of threads like this one to find football chat.

    Oh for **** sake.

Yeah, he made one little mistake. Brilliant.

I interpreted what Proud put in the same way as he meant it, in the same way that anyone with a brain cell would. We will be knocked off our second spot when you have 2/3 games in hand over us. You could easily go 9 points clear as easily as you could stay behind us. But its obvious that you're going to pick up at least one point in 3 games, right?

Like I said, leave it. You're making a mountain out of a molehill and subsequently acting like a moron that is looking to start an argument.

I wonder if Mr King would like to comment, ie offer constructive opinion and discussion, without the need for expletives, on the merits and depth of Hull Citys first team squad?. Who, if any, of our players from Saturdays squad would be in the Leicester City team? If you would like me to start the discussion, I feel that only Wood, Nugent and possibly Knockaert would find their way onto the team bus at the KC. I appreciate Schmeichel is a decent keeper and Konchesky is a consistent performer, but are they honestly better than the players we have in those positions?

Again, whatever it is you think you are doing, it isn't working.

We've had this discussion many a time.

It's always a tough one because every fan has their favourites and the sort of player they hate.

I've seen Hull play 4 games this season, they've scored one, conceded 7 and lost 3 of those. (Us twice, Sheffield Wednesday and Brighton).

But, this would be my team.

Schmeichel - Best goalkeeper in the league, stats back that up. I do rate Stockdale, but I think Kasper would have saved Vicente's freekick.

De Laet - A better player than Rosenior IMO. He's come on leaps and bounds since some fairly patchy times at Portsmouth and Norwich.

Morgan - Best centre half in the division. Would be surprised if he doesn't win 'Player of the Season' going on his consistent performances.

Hobbs - When he left us I told you all how he could only hoof it clear and how he, for a tall lad, was weak. However he's improved a lot at Hull. I think him and Morgan would be watertight.

Koncheskey - Not seen enough of Dudgeon and I wouldn't fancy Brady at full on left back. Konch is consistently decent, but there are better left backs in the league.

Elmohamady - Toss up between him and Marshall and Ben has been pretty poor this season, despite a return of 5 goals and 6 assists. Elmohamady is such a good crosser.

Quinn - Always been very impressed with him, whenever I see him play. He keeps the ball moving really well. He'd get into most midfields in the league.

Drinkwater - Doesn't give the ball away, can defend and attack. Has one hell of an engine and when he plays well, we play well.

Knockaert - No questions asked. Best foreign winger in the league.

Wood - Goals, goals, goals. His all round play is, to be honest, quite poor. But give him a chance and he'll take it.

Nugent - Work rate and goals probably makes him one of the most valuable forwards in the division.

    in your opinion.

We're not perfect, we get things wrong but this being among the busiest board seems to conflict with your view.

Can we ban people asking to ban people? It's annoying. We have way more morons who post **** on the Leicester forum than post on ours. We've made ours into a general chit chat area, and very rarely about The Tigers, so can't really complain when people come and attempt to troll the morons who troll them.

Use ignore. Use the swear filter. Stop whining about trolls from other forums when our biggest posters do the same.

That team would get torn a new anus. No defensive/holding midfielders and the left-back can't defend. Probably lose most games 4-2, 5-3, etc.

Whilst I understand your frustration to a degree, I would make the point that personally I have never altered any posts on our board and the extent of the bans I have agreed to have been in the interests of 'cooling off' periods rather than wishing to see any individuals expressing reasonable comments being banned because I didn't like either their comments or the tone in which they might have been expressed - that said, I would not tolerate threatening abuse or adverse discriminatory behaviour in the interests of the majority of posters on the board - personally there is little that offends me - since I became a mod I have not felt the need to ask for anyone to be banned.

Interesting choices, and apologies as I had not seen a comparison of this type before. I feel that you have seriously underestimated the merits of Chester, Aluko and Koren and feel certain that a Championship select side would include Chester, Elmo and Aluko as first choice and McShane, on this seasons performances, would not be far away.I cannot therefore agree that Morgan is the best CH in the division. Just for your info, Dudgeon has not played for months due to a serious injury and Rosenior can't get a game due to towering performances from Brady and Elmo. I have seen better wing play in this division than the displays by Knockaert and leaving his nationality aside ( which is clearly irrelevant) ,Boyd and Vydra are better, in my opinion.

True, but that's just going on performances this season. If I were the manager of that team, though, I'd put Meyler or Drinkwater in there in place of Knockaert and put Quinnon the left!

No Knockaert? Scored more goals than Elmohamady and Brady put together.

Elmohamady and Brady are more suited to playing as wing backs, otherwise I'd have put Knockaert in for Brady!
