Really words fail me, next time you pop along to the UN website, try to find a country called England or Wales for that matter
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/England - country http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_Kingdom - state School day tomorrow you'd better get to bed, Jager!
You seem blissfully unaware of the history of Swansea and the massive influx of workers from England at the time of the copper boom. Copperopolis would never have existed but for English workers both in Swansea and over the sea in the copper mines of Cornwall. The copper ore was transported to Swansea as the high coal to copper ratio in smelting made it more profitable that way. Of course the copper barons that built Swansea Castle (first block of flats in the UK), the Mumbles railway and Morristown to name but one area were English as were the workers. Ever wondered why Welsh was less commonly spoken along the south coast, why there are fewer people with Welsh surnames? There's your answer. The English built what is today Swansea. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/science/archaeology/copperopolis-to-rise-again-2318208.html Edit: I forgot to mention that bars of copper produced in Swansea were extensively used as payment for slaves in the triangular trade. If that isn't ****ed up **** knows what is.
Oh yeah wiki is a wonderful collection of facts, and people's opinions. And a sovereign state is a country, which makes the UK one. I really think that using wiki as a basis of an argument shows how far the education system in your area has fallen. Tell you what to further your education try a site that truly gives facts https://www.un.org/en/members/
Welsh Lessson "The word for Southerners is hwntws ... pronounced hoon-tooze. It comes from the phrase "Tu hwnt i'r mynydd" - "The other side of the mountain". The mountain in question is Cader Idris near Dolgellau, so anyone the other side of Cader Idris (that is on the wrong side i.e. south side ) is a hwntw. Gwers drosodd - lesson over."
He's mistaken obviously, but according to you the UN is mistaken and England is a country I see the education has entered the refusal to accept fact stage lol
Have you seem what they say about the other side of the welsh border ? And before quoting things in welsh it would be helpful if you actually spoke the language
Diligaf is a racist football hooligan, who only picks on kids and scarfers. He admitted as much a few months ago.
Apakah anda bisa berbicara bahasa wales, anak haram? Tsk... There is no border, you aren't even a country, you're a Principality.
Okay okay... I am Welsh and I am QPR supporter.. and I am a little bit fed up with this (that is pretty mild, I have kept quite on the misapprehension that it would all pass over). BUT>>>>>>>>.. You jacks have come onto our board, and slagged us off...OK clever stuff! ....and then get annoyed when we retaliate (on our own board)...if you don't like the heat get out of the kitchen. But it also seems that the wums are actually hated on their own board, and not typical of the usual Jack poster. So ignore these idiots and do not rise to the bait. Ok you beat us twice heavily, but what goes around, comes around. Only a few years ago you were nearly down and out, just remember there for the grace......It will come to one day (soon) What upsets me now is that we on the QPR board are being pulled lower and lower into Jager and DragonPhils cess pit. Are we really so upset about political correctness??? We miss the fact that calling someone a sheepshagger is actually offensive. To all you Welsh-haters, none of my family sh@@@ed sheep, I accept my family, and other South Wales inhabitants do not particularly like the English, but that is due to Winston Churchill sending the army to fire on the striking Welsh miners...the Welsh have long memories....But that is past history...and many of you may have a "nasty" Welsh skeleton in your cupboards I do not like the term sheepshaggers, in the same way Imaz and Queens and Staines do not like comments which I am not going to repeat here. Lay off, it is offensive.
And England is not a country either, so using your logic there is no borders in England as well. Thanks for your logic taffy boy
Beth with respects, I haven't been offensive here at all, and I reject the cess pool references completely! Remember it was a QPR poster putting up a thread about phil, if QPR fans don't want us on the forum that's up to them, but it would help if they didn't put specific threads up about a user. And in regards to certain QPR forum users, I find their remarks about the welsh a disgrace, this has been going on since the BBC 606 days, the users there are on here, you know who you are.
