El abd - born in England, raised in England, plays for Egypt due to an Egyptian father. He's very English.
I've always thought Poyet was a bit of a ****. Everyone in the media bums him but he just seems like a grumpy **** every time I see him. He's the Uruguayan Pearson. He is Uruguayan isn't he?
thanks for the suggestion. I already have a perfectly good grip thank you. If you would like to borrow it, you are welcome. You need it more than me.
At the very least the top 6 will be made up of Cardiff and Leicester and possibly ourselves and Watford. I think Brighton have a chance of getting in there as well as Palace, Boro, Derby, Blackburn and Millwall but it will go down to the wire.
Vicente and Kusczak were the game changers tbh, that Bruno and Bridcutt were decent too, and CMS is like McLean. Thought Upson and Bridge were poor, Elmo tore Bridge a new arsehole.
Just shows you don't get much for your money in terms of strikers, hence the reason Bruce is struggling to bring one in
At least you can make some sense from it, I can't make head nor tail of any of it. It's reminiscent of that Sully bloke he harps on about all the time, in other words a load of old bollocks.
Its a risk regardless. From the £2.6m we paid for Proschwitz to the £50m Chelsea paid for Torres. Far too early to say or pass judgement on Proschwitch. I actually prefer the goals to be spread about the team. As for Brighton, give them credit for a good training ground move that came off. We should have had someone bigger and stronger to repell ELabd and the game would have ended 0 - 0.
be fair, Brighton have a lot of quality - the keeper, El Abd, Bridcutt, Vicente, Bruno & Mackail-Smith who is cracking player. Agree Bridge was surprisingly one of their weaker players but perhaps he had an off day. I think they'll be there or there abouts. Big game vs Blackburn for the seagulls tonight.
