And just to confuse things even more, the Football Ground Guide site gives our capacity as 36,274 !!!
Maybe the lower figures are because of the away fans, namely the one or two Northern fat bastads that need a seat for each butt cheek.
Last time I was at the Lane I struggled to pass through the turnstiles. They must have bigger turnstiles for the away fans.
I remember at the old Wembley they used to reduce the capacity when they held the Rugby League final there as rugby fans are apparantly larger !!
agree with Notso 100%.Glad Llois was gradually brought in,and in his performances it is showing AVB did it right!!
What concerned me about Lloris was or is that part of his nature which complained and threatened, shows a lack of maturity. But his performances as a keeper have been good.
That was the press winding us all up and inventing a story that never existed with mainly the "Moaning" coming from the french national manager and his team mates, Lloris doesn't strike me as someone that is immature so overall I don't think there has ever been any real issue.

That must be every touch he had PNP. I think we are overestimating our win after all it was only Villa and Chelsea who Newcastle beat.
A sensational performance over the 90 mins with hardly a misplaced pass or error. And how that wasn't a foul and a booking @ 2.20 is quite beyond me..... Good to see the couple of contributions by Ade and also a great pass from Benny just outside the Spurs box to release Bale for a run.
Does anyone know why Vertonghen didn't play? It was good to see Caulker getting some more minutes but that and Benny not starting did confuse me. I didn't even look at our defence when the line ups were out so I got a bit of a shock when Naughton got his first touch of the game
Haven't seen a replay of that, but at the time it looked more like a ricochet off him rather than a particularly poor touch.
