Really, the squad is still mid table fodder. No chance of the playoffs. I was no fan of Grayson but he was improving as a manager. At least the team had attacking width, and while we couldn't defend for **** there were usually goals at the other end. This is a really uninmaginative team and while that would be okay if we were grinding out 1-0 wins every week, they still can't keep a clean sheet.

Spot on. We have no threat going forward. We're just struggling through the season and it's tiring and boring.

I would take missing out on the play offs by as point because at the rate we are going we are gong to avoid relegation by not many more.

<ok> And they wonder what they need to do to get fans back

Think we have only beat Ipswich by 2 goals this season, any other win has been by just the 1

Luckily there are enough teams below us to act as a cushion but the bottom teams are all picking up points far quicker than us.

Such arrogance. No wonder Leeds fans have a bad rep.

Until people realise there are two teams on the pitch both of which are trying to win, you will continue to come out with this type of bull. We have no divine right to win every match and frankly if you find close games boring and tiring, why don't you just take up knitting? This is sport, and it's for real men.

We are one point off 7th at the moment, and play 6th next. But the bid thing about this team and squad is that next season is our season. The kids in defence are going to be so much better after having played a season togetehr, Austin wil be better second season in UK, Morison and Varney and McCormack will be firing on all cylinders, we will have a new manager (fingers crossed), and we only need a midfield addition in reality to really have a good go.

We appear to have a youth set up that is playingin a certain way and some will break in and play football theway we all want it to be played (which is no guarantee that we wil dominate every game!) but it will not be hoofball, something we have not been seeing over the last few games anyway.

So chin up fellas. The future could be bright white

we'll have to make 8 points in 16 games to avoid relegation. If we don't manage that, we deserve to go down. As bad as we are, I don't see us going till the end of the season without getting 3 wins, especially when we still have to play Huddersfield and Sheffield Wednesday at home.

I don't find close games boring, but it's every week... every team in the league has won convincingly at least once this season, including the teams at the bottom. Even Barnsley had a 5-0 away from home. We've lost 6-1 at home and the best we've played is a 4-2 away. We don't ever dominate teams, and we will NOT get promoted without having the ability to dominate teams when the opportunity arises. There have been countless opportunities to dominate teams and give them a real hammering, and what do we do? We drop to their level, and in most cases play worse than they do.

It's not arrogance, I don't think we should be doing it every week and I don't think we have a divine right to win. I just don't think it's unreasonable to expect us to turn teams over when they don't show up, when in reality if a team doesn't show up they usually beat us or we struggle over the line and only just beat them. Cardiff didn't show up last weekend, and what do we do? **** all, make one mistake, let them score and then continue to do **** all.

One or two people on here either need to grow up or phuk off to JA. Not a great result today, but we're still only 5pts off play offs. There but for a phuk up by Kenny we'd be 7th & within touching distance of the playoffs.

February is a hard month, but 3pts on Tuesday will definitely keep us in the hunt. Defeat on Tuesday & defeat or only a draw & I think Warnock will walk. Let's just keep the faith until we can't get in the playoffs.

but SG improved so much as a manager he was sacked by Huddersfield before 12 months were up.

He inherited Snoddy and Beckford, our centre mid was always weak, he didnt realise Johnson was a great def midfielder until he was forced to play him there. his sole good purchase was Max. I could have managed that team as well as him.

SG is Leeds thru and thru, but not a good manager.

Fair play bloggers, your optimism is laudable.

No, because he's doing a terrible job. We're not getting better, we're just ****. We struggle through games, it's boring to listen to, boring to watch, we're not convincing and not entertaining and we're not even getting results to make up for it.

He needs to **** off to Cornwall where he really wants to be.

Season was over for me once the January window had closed and we signed nobody significant and had sold our leading scorer, that shows the ambition of the club.

He has too often been played out of position at left back this season, however our abysmal defensive record speaks volumes, as a unit they haven't been doing what they are paid for, to keep the opposition out.
