True, but the Ferguson interview on FF today summed it up, I'd be very surprised if you let it slip this season (especially now Rooney AND RVP are in form). As for City, a lot of teams have found out how to play against them and for some bizarre reason City have reverted back to the negative football from a few seasons ago.

See a lot of you lot aren't confident about potentially winning the CL, think you have a good shout personally, saw Madrid play last weekend and they were woeful.

It not impossible to get by Madrid (although far from easy), but i just think that there are three maybe four teams with edge on us in quality in the competition (im talking, Barca, Madrid, Bayern, Dortmund) and to outdo them all is a lot to ask for. It is achievable, we're certainly closer to their level than Chelsea were last season, but as a fan winning the league what i'm focused on and i wouldn't want to see that risked for something we're outsiders in.
