I think you'll find he says no one ever listens to anyone about it. Wenger, SAF, Mourinho, Ancelotti, Benitez, Mancini pretty much every manager has complained about the PL scheduling and its impact on chances of winning anything in Europe. In actuality, the fact you guys have created a thread specifically to focus on SAF's complaints shows precisely that people do listen to him, and often only him. All the others just get ignored as a matter of course

Arsenal, Man Utd, Chelsea and Liverpool have all made finals where league seasons have finished but they've still list, not to mention how many times an English side as made the semi-finals including Leeds Utd! This fixture congestion excuse is bollox IMO. Its a squad game, use your players! There are also claims that we should have a winter break. Good look implementing both
