The Stoke Game

    ...will be my first Arsenal game for almost 30 years. I'm bringing the whole family.

    I think you guys are spoiled by being able to attend so many games, but for me it will be a wonderful experience. Hope we win. Make sure you sing extra loud, the kids have no idea what it is going to be like, can't wait to see their faces!

    Block 134 - The family are in the family section, about 8 rows from th epitch, but we couldn't get 4 in there, because my daughter is 17.

    Have a good one mate. I have a season ticket but haven't been able to go to a game in months due to work. I hope Arsenal put on a good game. <ok>

    I only get to one or two games a season these days because of life / work / distance etc, but there is nothing quite like a day out at the Arsenal <cracker>

    Marvelous day out. Not the best game, but a win, and great fun.

    My daughter got some good pictures, including this one of our Jack.

    I do agree. My most powerful impression I left the ground with was just how awful Stoke were. When I watched Match of the Day afterwards, it was funny how Stoke looked so much better not live, if you know what I mean.

    The other thing was just how good our guys control of the ball was. Again something you somehow miss on a TV screen. I'd forgotton just how much better the whole thing is live.
