Need more than the cleavage! Agreed 100%. Season 5 was quite good, are you catching up with DVD's or is just now airiing "live" over there? Season 6 starts this summer, the ****ing wait!
Getting towards the end of Breaking Bad season 4 now and then on to the final season. Been really good well worth a watch.
Breaking Bad, Prison break, and Sons of Anarchy I like but just can't seem to stick with them for some reason. OZ was the same way, just felt like a cheap The Wire.
Okay. So as most of you know, over tge festive period I watched Die Hard and Die Hard 2 for the first time. Question...(and I suspect this is a stupid one) Is there a Die Hard 3 or does it go straight to Die Hard 4.0? Asking because DH4.0 is on channel four now so have pressed to record it on C4+1
Next week for us. going to watch the last one again before it starts. Going to get some sleep, my little one is not well been up with him till now. going to watch wreck it ralph with him in the morning to cheer him up.
There's a 3, and it's better than 2. 4 is probably the worst of the lot (so far), but still ok. You don't really have to have seen them all in order, as there's relatively little back story. It's just a central villain who is unique to each film.
Didn't get chance to watch Lincoln and probably wont until next weekend now. No rush looks good though. Recorded a film from Film 4 called Carlos, it's in 3 parts and has a good rating on imdb. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1321865/
Took the kids to watch Wreck it Ralph at the weekend. I can confirm the first half hour was pretty good, as was the last five minutes. However I slept through the rest. Hope this helps
No Lincoln yet then. Watched Django over the weekend. Very good and well-written. As usual, and even moreso in this case, nothing left to the imagination as regards violence
Going to watch it later, my little one is sick so gonna cuddle him up on the sofa and watch it with him. I enjoyed Django but didn't love it. Argo is good.
Based on a true story. In 1979, the American embassy in Iran was invaded by Iranian revolutionaries and several Americans were taken hostage. However, six managed to escape to the official residence of the Canadian Ambassador and the CIA was eventually ordered to get them out of the country. With few options, exfiltration expert Tony Mendez devised a daring plan: to create a phony Canadian film project looking to shoot in Iran and smuggle the Americans out as its production crew. With the help of some trusted Hollywood contacts, Mendez created the ruse and proceed to Iran as its associate producer. However, time was running out with the Iranian security forces closing in on the truth while both his charges and the White House had grave doubts about the operation themselves.
Can't say I was overly impressed either considering how much others rave about it, but then that is always the case IMO. Too much expectation. I much prefer to watch a film that people I know didn't like, lower expectations
