    MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS

When The Walking Dead took its mid-season break back on December 2, it seemed that February was years away. But here we here with only a few days remaining until the second part of season 3 resumes.

Since February 10 is right around the corner, promotion for The Walking Dead is in full swing. And if what some of the producers and cast members are saying, fans are in for a disgustingly awesome conclusion of season 3.

Up first is Greg Nicotero, co-executive producer and Emmy-winning VFX designer, who stated at the Golden Globes that fans can expect more cast members to perish. “We’ve established a certain scenario on our show where nobody is safe — and certainly in the back-half of our season, it doesn’t get easy for anybody.” He also added, “We have the whole Woodbury community with the Governor (David Morrissey) and our principal cast. We’ll probably end our season minus a castmember or two.”

Nicotero went on to state that Andrea will be a focal point, and also teased at the inevitable confrontation by Rick and The Governor.

It’s very possible there might be another attack on Woodbury. The beauty is you’re not confined to one location, even though we spend a lot of our season at Woodbury or the prison. The bottom line is that we’ve established the conflict between the Governor and Rick, and we’ll explore that a lot more in the second half.”
If those comments weren’t enough to get you excited for Feburary 10, than there’s also the interview with Lauren Cohan, who plays Maggie Greene. In an exclusive interview with SciFiNow, Cohan stated that no one is safe, as well as, this little gem of information.

Season 3 already has broken all the cable records in the United States, and only continues to intensify into the season. Some of the stuff that’s happening is going to make television history – I’m not being funny, to read a lot of it, it gave me a visceral reaction. I can only say that it’s going to be an intense ride for the viewers.”
If you haven’t noticed, there have been promos to get us hyped for the final eight episodes of season 3 since the mid-season break, which will also be the last from showrunner Glen Mazzara. While the previously released 3×09 “The Suicide King” Promo #4 was not only haunting and intense, AMC just released a bonus sneak peek for “The Suicide King”.

They also just released some new images for the upcoming season, which include former Pittsburgh Steelers receiver Hines Ward as a zombie. You can check them out over at Screen Rant.

So, are you excited for when The Walking Dead returns this Sunday, Feburary 10? And, do you think it’s going to break television history? What do you think Andrea’s going to do? Will Merle and Daryl hug it out?

Got three DVDs off the dodgy ****er who goes in my local last Sunday. Three for a tenner and all mint copies. Thought Lincoln was excellent and would recommend it. Still to watch Hitchcock and Django Unchained. Anyone seen either of those?

Skyfall was pretty good and that's coming from someone who is not a Bond fan.

Django Unchained was ok, I had high hopes after all the hype but it's nothing special.

Hoping to watch Lincoln this weekend looks very good.

Err not really no. That religious bloke from the previous series is now a vamp. I missed ep1 an there is a fit brunette who is being tortured by the guardian. And the guardians next in command got her baps out.
