Interesting, Forest are followed our model. Let a manager go, bring in lots of inadequate replacements, then bring back the man they should never have got rid of in the first place!

But if Davies wasn't happy with the board before, what's he going to make of the current set-up? <laugh>

Davies wouldnt work purely because their owners want too much control. Davies wont stand for it

Basically they need a yes man

Beggars / choosers etc ..... Billy appears to have turned down the Blackpool job for this and he's running out of alternatives ...

I'm very sorry Fosse, but you cannot run out of alternatives - the word's Latin origin dictates that you can only have one alternative. It is exclusively the choice of two options.

It's like us at Cardiff. We have only one alternative - if we can't finish top, we must finish second............<laugh>

.. always thought he di decent job at Forest and they never really 'went for it' in terms of additional investment when they were challenging ... don't think they will be troubling the promotion contenders this season but will be interesting to see how quickly they start to pick up (assuming they do of course)...

Michael Chopra should definitely not be allowed anywhere near Twitter, though it seems his account has now been closed(anyone who doesn't know what I'm talking about, check out the Ipswich board, even his teammates are now slagging him off on Twitter).

Thats the problem with most footballers. They dont understand the true value of money. It comes too easily and goes too easily
