Nope! Unfortunately! It was just a weird all seater venue which was more suitable for an orchestra rather than a gig! When he came on everyone just stayed seated. After the 2nd or 3rd song he said 'get up, everyone stand up or leave!!!' Wish at that point i did just leave and had a few pints and boogie on down round the tooooon!!!!

Best = The Damned & The Adverts, Southampton Students Union, 1977 Worst = English National Opera's production of Salome, London Coliseum, about 1997. Opera is desperate ****e, absolute ****ing torture. Although they may not all be as bad as this one was I suppose.
