Scott Loach has damaged a thumb in training this morning and will be a doubt against Blackburn meaning Hendo will come in as his replacement. Lee Martin is only 50/50 (hooray) meaning that Wordy might get a full 90 and Edwards may be rested after his international game yesterday. I just feel gutted for Loachy! He can't seem to hold down his place in the first team for any real length of time but obviously I want Hendo to do well while he's here! Spanish will be delighted to know that MM is back after making a full recovery and will be in the dug out alongside TC on Saturday
Shame for Loach as you wouldn't ever change a winning side after last weekend and you can just see Henderson holding down the no. 1 spot until the end of the season regardless of what Loach does if he doesn't make this weekend
My starting XI would be: Henderson, Stearman, Chambers, Tommy, Cresswell, Wordsworth, N'Daw, Hyam, Murphs, McClean, McGoldrick
I'm not too sure about that midfield if I'm honest JWM... A lot of left footers (which is rare) but I couldn't see Wordy coming in to replace Edwards as I expect Edwards to start and if he doesn't then possibly JET given a start simply because of his size and our approach to the game will probably be to be physical and hard to break down.. That said I think Drury has put in some good performances in wide midfield but he clearly doesn't have enough pace and skill to beat a player so it depends on how MM wants to set us up but I'd only see wordy making the team in CM or LM But I have been wrong before
I'd imagine if everyone is fit, it'll pretty much be the same team. I see what you're trying to say KOPR but not really ever head someone say JET being put in the team because of his size and because we want to be physical and hard to break down. For me that's the reasons why JET doesn't play. Ideally i'd like to see Hewitt at RB and Stearman at CB and I'd like to see anyone on the right instead of Edwards (although he did have half a good game last weekend) either Martin (if fit) or even Drury or Jet. Then Drury or Wordsworth in the centre instead of Hyam and either Murphy or Wordsworth on the left. Still not a big fan of McLean, so would like to see either Nouble or Murphy up top. But I geuss it would be harsh to drop anyone after last weekends display!!

Oh and in anticipation of a snidy comment from Weighty, Go **** Yourself!!!! Purely because he has to comment on every single post of mine, sad but true!!
