Made chilli last night, to be eaten tonight.

It looks a vintage but I tasted it this morning and it's mental hot. I know she won't be able to eat it now so she's bound to whine.

That's cayenne pepper, had no chilli powder so used three fresh green chiili and one fresh red and thought a little teaspoon of cayenne would be ok. It's a bastard.

 

Had meatballs in a tomato mushroom and bacon sauce with spaghetti last night..

Don't know what the **** to have for dinner tonight.

 

Making chilli this weekend with the remaining pork shoulder. Doing the pork in the slow cooker and then finishing in the pot.

 

Did you get them from Tesco and were they the dog's bollocks?
