Seems a few Spanish people see something wrong in this picture, guess what it is... please log in to view this image
Hmm Any notes been taken on who is/isn't fully using DRS? Is there a designated section at Jerez where teams can test it for comparison, or are some using it all the time which then makes the testing times even more of a lottery to predict?
Looking at the nose of the RB9 is interesting. I thought the general consensus was that rails on the vanity panel were a good idea to prevent dirty air washing into the delicate aero areas around the wheels, etc. Red Bull seem to have gone the other way, and their vanity panel actually seems to direct air into these areas. Either it's a mistake, or they've very cleverly found a way to recycle this dirty air to make it useful.
First chance to check on testing and Rosberg!!!!! How has he done that many laps? Is he on the back of a flatbed going round?
Rosberg might be going long but that exhaust is still hot hot hot like over the last 2 days! please log in to view this image
Nothing that can't be sorted without a quick sort of an internal heat shield. It's the self-removing brake lines that's more of a bother!
Mclaren have done very few laps today? Jenson Button and McLaren have had a rather quiet day, but the former World Champion did return to the track a few minutes ago for a five-lap run during which his best time was a 1:22.714. That means his lap count is now up to 33. by James Galloway 2/7/2013 2:18:09 PM 2:18 PM
Must of got what they wanted so for them going out is pointless now by the looks of it. That and Pirelli are saying Jerez is actually getting worse tyre wise.
I should go through this thread... (but I'm lazy..) whats the best sight for latest information on times set by the teams/drivers?
Anyone know what tires Vettel set his time on? Cue Silver trying to convince me it was on Pirelli's new SuperHard compound
