Well Carmine, you had my sympathy for a while there - just because I'm an anarchist, anti-authoritarian - but when you spelt "bear" as "bare" as in no grudge; you lost me. I just don't seem to be able to extend my seemingly endless tolerance to bad spelling. A bit the way you feel about (not without justification), Robbie Williams. Still, I don't feel you should be banned for it.
It's been an interesting debate,aye. How do you lot cook chips,and which breed of spud do you use. There won't be many on here using lard i am certain of this. Here's my top tip. Use only red skin potatoes,don't wait for the oil to get up to the manufactures specified temp. Put them in whilst the oil is just...you'll know. This way the little beautys will always be very nice. Thank you !
Uncle Bob just taught me that you can fry any old ****e and serve them as soggy as you like, as long as you're at the fair and you only take cash, you'll be laughing. He also thinks that drinking Carlsberg is okay, as long as you're over the age of six.
This method does make for very nice chips i'll grant you. But just give my (well me mams really) method a go. You may be astonished at the results. They go all crispy if you time em right.
