egg! it's getting worse <laugh>. Wine I agree with, gives me terrible heartburn after a drinking session the night before though.

I don't like peanut butter. It's weird. As is chocolate spread. Think both spreads are for women really. It's not a mans spread.

Marmite and egg sounds truly bizarre. How is the egg cooked? Or as a gym goer is it raw??

Love Biltong. Are you grateful for me getting you on it or do you wish you'd never been showed the light? I was on a pack a day at one point, had to stop for my own good.

Had porridge with banana and manuka for breakfast and just had a tuna sandwich and a little box of spicy chicken wings for dinner. It does seem that I can't let a day go by without eating something **** for me.

    Chicken pesto for tea. Yay.

I quite like it. It's low calorie. Reckon you must burn a few calories just chewing the stuff.

Chicken pesto sounds unpleasant. Not a fan of pesto at all.

Made my own pesto once, really nice stuff I can imagine it's not for everyone though.

Yeah, high protein and lean as ****. Hardly any fat and low calorie. I was buying half kilo bags, chilli flavoured and peri peri, before Christmas off this website and hammering the stuff.

Chicken with pesto is nice really. It's stuffed with a cheesy, tomato and pesto mix rather than it being pesto sauce.
