Good afternoon All, thanks for the coffee Ak... very much needed today after drinking a few toom any last night!

I have to admit, I watched Eurovision Saturday... me and some mate's on FB were all on one of their's status and reached 900 before the end of it. Certainly made it more interesting... with the alcohol helping too!! I was cheering on Moldova

well it might have been good the first 30 or 40 times but even the best jokes go stale - this is our money that goes into that - money that could have gone into 606

M Frenchie, that all sounds lovely. i can picture it now :)

We have no idea where to book for a holiday this year. i think i'm putting it off because my son is going away with his mates this year for the first time, and it won't be the same without him..but i need to book something quickly so that the girls don't miss out! All i need is a pool and somewhere interesting for Mr H to go and visit...and then we're all happy!

We have booked a week in Southern Ireland - never been on holiday there before - only a day or two in Dublin so really looking forward to it.

Will book something else later - maybe south of France for some late summer sun

Me and the family went to Schull several years ago now, but it was a lovely place, the people were kind and the views were spectacular. I would love to go back again.

goldenboy - I lived in Watford till last January and retired to Carmarthen - gave up my season ticket. I had been going to the Vic since 1963 - I miss it awfully but at a near 500 mile round trip it is not practical. hope next year to try to make a few visits to the kids next season and coincide with home games - otherwise it was Swansea this year but who knows whether they will still be with us next?
