I disagree, Welbeck's better than him, if Walcott plays as a striker, he needs to link-up with his strike partner.
I rate them all, i do rate players outside of United like Xavi ( he's my favourite non-United player ).
Harsh, he's got an important part to play for us this season, you never know, he could score the winner next week against Real Madrid.
Not much of a question, Walcott by quite some distance. Welbecks a good player, but he can't get any games when competing with a "**** Wayne Rooney" so says Shwan, and is behind Hernandez in the pecking order.
i'm not saying Welbeck is going to be world-class but he's a good player with potential although he's 22 years old.
Good player and good enough are two different things, he's PL quality sure but for me doesn't make the grade as a united player, especially when we have RVP, Rooney and Hernandez, to pick him over one of those three is a crime. Only a fool wouldn't answer Walcott to this question.
i'm not convinced about Walcott, he's all pace, also Fergie rates Welbeck enough to give him a new contract, he's the new Carrick in terms of scapegoat.
The only way Welbeck starts is if it'll let Rooney be more effective. If Welbeck+Rooney > Walcott + Rooney in Woy's eye's then Welbeck will start (which he won't). However I can see all 3 starting in a 4231. Lennon Rooney Welbeck Walcott Too attacking to play Brazil, but against a lesser team I bet that would work quite well.
