They'd hardly think of it as offensive, they know how well liked they are and wouldn't have thought any other than it was a compliment.

Haha qpr. I was working away down London once drove straight past there ground not even knowing what it was looked like some sort of factory. Just another London club pretending there bigger than they actually are because they've got a few quid too throw about. They'll find there rightful place again one day soon.

Remy chose QPR over money not some project, his quote saying we offered him a good deal is not the same as saying we offered the SAME deal. a good deal is 40-50kpw which is what we reported to offer, qpr were reported to almots triple this offer! weather thats clear or not im not sure but i think its obvious he was offered considerably more at QPR hence the sudden U-Turn. QPRS intrest in him wasnt new, just the amazing deal they offered him at the last minute was. once they lost the race Harry just thought to throw money at him untill he changed his mind.

i dont wish ill on Remy he has the right to make his own choices and i dont blame him for going to QPR, its a club in a better location (london) and he earns a lot more money its win win for him really.

I have no problem with QPR but i do with Harry i think he is a poor manager tatically and he seems to ruin clubs he has been at, apart from spurs. fernandes seems like a quality bloke who just wants to acheive succes at QPR but he has been taken for mug by hughes and is currently been taken for one by Harry. he has already broken QPR transfer record twice and if you really think samba has taken a huge paycut to come here i think you need to think again, he is probably earning less due to tax but i would be very suprised if qpr are paying him less than 90kpw due to his huge wages at Anzhi. QPR have great players but they are such a poor team, they easily have a starting 11 capable of finishing in the top 10. Instead of putting faith in Harry who will just throw money around untill he is succesfull they could do with a quality coach such as martinez and having a sensible transfer policy.

    How is this justice?

ALL clubs compete for players, he chose us over you, we gave him an offer as did you and he chose us. We didnt steal him from you, he was never yours - pathetic thread, laughing at a persons injury.

Yes hes injured, but you wont be laughing on Sun 12 May 3pm, when Remy scores the winner for us to stay up ;)

    Bye.

I've got no problem with Remy and wouldn't wish injury on him. He got offered a monster wage with a way out in the close season if things go south. He clearly didn't feel we were much safer, would have got less money (a lot less if figures are anywhere near true) and no release clause. He went for the money, he's not alone in the world of football in that regard. I don't really see anything horrific or unusually dishonourable in his behaviour, just a typical footballer.

His injury does handicap a rival in terms of relegation so its not a bad thing being brutal.

A lot of emotion on this thread for something I couldn't give a damn about!
He didn't choose us - for whatever reason. Good luck to him. Move on!
He's now injured. It happens. Move on!

We bought well and have a stronger squad than before the window. Hopefully now the club will move on - up the table.

QPR fans I've nothing against you, but personally cannot stand Arry. I hope any club he is at struggles. It just happens to be your club at the moment. Nothing personal

You think this has emotion, check out the one on the QPR crying about it <laugh>

This crack about both teams offering the same money and it being about London is golden. Yeah sure it wasn't money. Harry moreorless coughed to Tony F having waved the money in his face. What was it he said about going to see the boy, him having no interest and then Tony 'persuaded' him. Remy obviously just hadn't realised QPR was in London and couldn't knock back the chance to ride the wheel......................

I don't know why anyone is so defensive about it. They have money to chuck about for fun, good for them. Provided they don't get dropped like a ****ty rag at some stage they should just enjoy it.

Have just noticed that a lot of you guys have thousands of rep points and that, apparently a lot of our contributors have had their rep removed. I didn't even know what this rep stuff was all about till a few days ago. It seems to me that most of you are probably around the age of 13!

Rep is given for good posts as well as bad posts.
It looks like some of our posters have take offence to one or two of your lads comments, any maybe vice versa, such is forum life.
Your boys can always get a top up from some of your 'big hitters' so to speak to put them back in the green.
Given your barbed comment at the end I can see this thread degenerating further so will call it a day on this occasion.
We've all had our say now it's time to go our seperate ways.
Remy is a QPR player and as a club we've moved on, so should us fans.
