I found these as the best overall times from Jerez 2012.

1. Nico Rosberg Germany Mercedes-Mercedes 1m 17.613s (2011 Car)
2. Romain Grosjean France Lotus-Renault 1m 18.419s (2012 car)

I would imagine the times will get faster over the next few days as the track evolves and the teams find more speed/setup.
