I was at University in Leeds for that game and had a fantastic day out on the booze and at the game, despite the result. The City fans were going mental for each goal - It was ace!

Yep - got tickets from Billy Askew and verbally abused from the first minute to the last by white ****e supporters sat behind me in their main stand (a members area at that) who told me (as a codhead) to fook off to the other side of the ground where City supporters were housed otherwise I would get a good hiding.

Yep - it was a Simon Gray Away Day. I reckon was somewhere to the right of the goal and 15-20 rows back.

    Oh yes!

In that Bradford game, someone dinks him the throughball just over the halfwayline and he motors in 3rd gear effortlessly avoiding the Bradford defenders- deceptively easy.

Can you ever remember him shooting and it not going on target?

I remember when we signed him the first time under Ken Houghton and I couldn't believe we'd nicked him from the Blunts for only 60k when he'd come in and scored for fun for them.

I was there, I also remember big Billy flattening someone near the halfway line, just can't recall if it was before or after the sending off.

We had a great away following back then, the celebrations seemed so much more energetic than they do now, that's fcking seating for you!

I was at both. Was the Strachan goal at the end really only a couple of minutes into injury time? I'm sure we clocked it at about 9 minutes in.

I was there. Part of an 8 coach convoy organised by the TSA, from Chalk Lane Club. Tigers Supporters Association, a proper supporters club.
