can you believe the cheek of this man, rangers still owe him 4.5m for the rest of his contract, and wants to take it to a premiership tribunal, according to the daily mail what a bloody cheek this man has
In any other walk of life, with the exception of bankers and politicians, if you get something wrong. You hold your hands up and fall on your sword. Football is now the third edition to this despicable trait.
1. Surely he didnt achieve his KPI's as set out in his contract? 2. He must be on PRP (Performance related pay) so therefore I'd say he probably owes us money. 3. Did anyone actually se him use Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to achieve goals and set targets as set by the company (QPR)? 4. I'd also question his ability to enforce & adhere to Workplace Health & Safety practices given the state of out treatment room. 5. Finally. Would have to question his evaluation of "Fit for Purpose" with regards to his employees. 6. Dont think any "Employees Job Training" was taking place either. Therefore: Total breach of contract resulting in termination of contract without compensation, and ordered to payback all monies paid to him during his time in the Position of "Chief Dickhead / Manager"; effective immediately. Case closed M'Lord.
Let's face it. The fraudster really does need it .................... cause he'll never get another job, ever again. As 'Queens' said ............... he didn't meet a single KPI. Truth is, TF should be suing Hughes for fraud, for impersonating a PL Manager. Taking money by deceit .............. off to jail, do not collect 4.5 million.
This certainly isn't going to help his chances. I notice that dodgy **** Joorabchian has disappeared for now too.
i have never liked his agent, and he thought he was to big for ffc, he wont in the prem again, damaged goods
But, if there was no training going on then surely Mark Hughes is the one who should be massively compensated. It is the companies obligation to provide it to all staff, and usually the compensation is higher than the total predicted earnings of the contract. Thus, Mark Hughes should be entitled to a lot more than £4.5M. In seriousness though, I hate this trend of paying people after they are fired. I and the other 99.9% of the world would never get a contract like that.
I believe tht as the manager in charge of all things football, it was indeed Mark Hughes job to implement and structure a suitable and relevant training programme- was it not? seriously though..he better not show his head round here....
He has 2 choices, get all his money and not be allowed to work in the 2.5 years left on his contract or accept a smaller lumps um now leaving him free to look for another job. He wont get everything now.
But did Curbishly not have a simlar thing with West Ham where he was left to sit and take his pay and in the end agreed to a smaller compo? I say let the ****er suffer for the rest of the season then offer him Sweet FA if he don't agree keep him hanging.
Thats the whole point, they shouldnt be entitled to it if they cannot do their jobs, managers along with politicians and bankers are rewarded for failure while the rest of us would get a few months wages. In fact I dont think we get anything if we are sacked within a year of starting a job.
Sure I read somewhere he got a £1 million bonus for keeping us up last season. Shouldn't that work in reverse for this season?
