People vote for their traditional party, it doesn't matter which dipship is put up for election, they vote party, not person. Hull City Council is proof of this, if proof were needed.
To be fair, since Blair, Labour=Conservatives so there is no 'effective' choice. Hey up, shouldn't this thread be moved to the non-footy area? I say this having contributed, me bad!
There is talk of "affordable housing" in some of the West Hull Villages, God forbid any Families arriving on the peasant wagon, and pitching up around here lowering the tone, and taking up our School places, stay East of the Hull Boundary please..!!
As was said earlier at first glance this does make sense, those 3 people families on bransholmes in 5 bedroomed, 3 floored houses when theres families of 6 having to share. Then you think about it more and realise the old woman, living alone in a 2 bedroomed house. In that article it even says that there hardly is any 1 bedroomed houses, i for one have never seen one apart from flats, apartments or studios but the fact of the matter is. The government cannot leave THAT many people in poverty in what is supposed to be one of the richest countries in the world, besides what do they expect people to do? Theres no houses as it is, how do they expect people to start moving around into council owned houses when there are none. It's not like they could just buy themselves a new built house in Kingswood at the councils expense. Stupid tax, stupid government. They are driving this country down, if they keep going the way they are, it will only get worse and there will be no way back.
Too late, it's already been ****ed over by Labour. Oops, here we go again with politics. Let's try a different angle then: is there any blame or fault the people of Hull have in all of this ? Or are we just cruel victims of the Tories My recent impressions of my fellow citizens are of a scruffy, overweight, couldn't give a **** type. Help begins at home.
