i think secrets just being realistic, yes i would hate us to be relegated but lets face it after saturday's result when a must win was had we blew it, 2 bloody wins all season & will need to win at least another 7 from 13? would love harry to keep us up but lack of strike power might just cost us.
So what if? Spooky isn't it? A third of the season left The maths intact And we discuss and predict that the championship or this division will be what ? Can't you see So what if I am wrong I have 33% of my season left Imagine if you applied your logic to life Well death is bound to happen what's the point? I have had **** bit me every step of the way I have learnt to laugh at it Cerny should lose 4427 nectar points for this thread 15 years down the drain Doom Some thought we were relegated 15 games ago ... So what if they turn out to wise ... Lucky guessers what credit do you want I hate todays football fans
its a bit like groundhog day on here same stuff was being said by mostly the same people last year so I will say the same as last year 17th
You are joking they would stand around in packs discussing what exactly went wrong for the rest of the day ... then moan that they have sooooooo many emails to deals with.
You of all people should really shut it after months of telling us what a great manager that **** Hughes was when it was ****ing obvious he was useless. If Fernandes had sacked him at the appropriate time we wouldn't be in this situation. Fact.
I for one enjoyed supporting us as much in League 1 as I have in the Premier League. The feeling of scoring a late-winner or important goal doesn't change if we're playing Brentford or Fulham in my book...I won't be devastated if we go down, but I certainly don't want to either. Call me a simple soul, but as long as I've got a rangers team to support, and the players are giving their very best (even if they're rubbish!), I'm happy.
Sort of agree with this. I said recently that i miss some of the 'old days' but we need to move on. I dont want to go down because Harry will turn us into a good team and i will miss Adel/cesar (even Remy). I also don't agree with the 7 wins in 13. What we need to do is get above 3 teams and stay there. I reckon we will be ok if we get a bit of luck which we haven't had yet.
Same here. With our attendances and facilities in all honesty we're a very small club to be where we are.
I don't want a season in the Championship because, as been said before, it can soon become two, five, ten etc and we'd all be reduced to the "Do you remember when?" brigade just like all the others who never managed to get back up. How long do you keep thinking you are going back up or that you have some sort of God given right to be in the Premiership? Just ask Bradford, Oldham, Barnsley, Ipswich etc if they still think of themselves as Premiership contenders. We went up with a solid defence & keeper, a creative mid-field, a lot of hard work and a genius under the guidance of a wiley old manager. It was a once in a lifetime combination that I doubt we'd see again. I haven't enjoyed the Premiership much. The odd win against our noisy neighbours soon loses its charm after yet another spanking. The upshot of going down would be that we might see more wins, more games and it would be cheaper. The downside is that we'd be back to square one and as much as TF says he's here for the long haul I don't know if he'd fancy bankrolling us without the exposure he gets in the Prem. We'd have to say goodbye to vast chunks of our squad and start re-building again. Having said all that I am convinced that we are done for. Only 2 wins all season and we need something like 8 to stand a chance of staying up. Where exactly are those wins going to come from bearing in mind we couldn't even beat a poor Norwich side. Without Cesar we could have lost it too. Careful what you wish for, one season in the Championship may not be a luxury we can afford to risk.
I say what i want ... We are in this situation because we are ... deal with it. I'll tell you again straight anytime you want you ****ing dinosaur. Choose your history as you see fit and stew in it. I want to stay but if **** happens deal with it ... i will blame the fickle
Right then, so we're all agreed we don't want to go down but... I think back fondly to those four months at the start of the promotion campaign when we were pretty much unbeatable. And I happily remember the feeling of going to LR on match days with the quiet confidence that we were likely to win. And eagerly seeking out the league tables as soon as I was on the train home rather than trying to avoid seeing them all week. And a chilly day at the Riverside where the team put together the best away performance I have seen for many years. Now, I know you're all going to say that's not likely to be repeated if we go down but if you could somehow guarantee it would there be any takers? Or would we vote for another season struggling in the PL?
I'd go in hard on you DT but it wouldn't be fair and we both know why. I'm giving you a break, shut it while you still can.

FFS, our natural position in the Leagues is probably lower half of the Championship as things stand right now. Without a new stadium and 30,000 plus fans turning up there is no future in the Premier League. That's the brutal truth, denial will help no one.
Its a brutal loads of bollocks based on a complete lack of knowledge ... you can't handle the truth. today we are bottom and on Saturday we will still be bottom that is a fact but to say we are probably lower half of the championship is complete rubbish. We have the best squad now of all time ... get your facts right before you spout off rubbish
I'm sorry awjm but its just an awful standard. Truly truly dreadful. Our promotion season was great fun but the football we played was more often than not, sh*te. Brilliantly effective...........but sh*te. Maybe you're of a young age and have only ever seen us play in the FL so in that case you'd be used to it. But for those of us who grew up watching Rangers playing proper football in the top flight, its very hard watching us playing in that Mickey Mouse division.
