Was looking forward to taking my daughter out today to see a film. 20 mins into the film the screen went blank. Got a full refund and 2 comp tickets. Going to try again tomorrow after school, but it isn't the same. Really pi$$ed me off earlier
Afraid so. They had to have someone keep running down to the front to give updates on what was happening. Every 5 minutes someone would say, "there is a technical fault. We will have it fixed within 5 mins". After 30 mins they admitted defeat and cancelled all showings of the film for today. Gutted
Here is tonight's team sheet. Some unearthed new young talent and a couple of older more experienced hands (you know who you are )to steer them through. Ron MillwallSteve MIGHTY Pud BoltonsBoots Babyhornetdan Oldfrenchhorn Leonardo Poshminx astroturfnut Back tomorrow with more to share
Getting there ta H. Just watching one of my favourite films. Great film and gorgeous haunting music. John Williams is a genius. When he was asked to write the music for this film, he said, "There are better composers than me you could ask." Spielberg replied, "They are all dead though." That's my useless fact for the day
My mate saw it and said that I would criticise it all the way through, because some of the chordal progressions and instrumentation arranegements are different to the stage show. I will try to keep an open mond though. Only seen the stage show a 'couple' of times ....and before you ask, Yes I did...everytime
