Best I've seen Liverpool play under Rodgers but that does only constitute a handful of games from start to finish. Very entertaining match and a great result for Fergie, Gary Neville and Howard Webb.

Don`t forget half of the City team are injured or on ACON duty and Pool still couldn`t win.

 

Poor old City having to cope without a couple of centre halves for a few games...

 

Maybe you should check who is injured and on ACOn duty not that i am bothered as i was hoping for a draw anyway.

 

I couldn't give a **** who's missing for City in the same way their fans didn't give a **** that Vidic was injured for most of last season and at times our first 4 centre halves were all injured at the same time.

 

My initial comment on certain City players missing was to give a reason as to why you commented about this being the best you have seen Liverpool play all season.

 

After that performance I've just been to the bookies. Although the manager obviously thought he was on to a loser since he tried to talk me out of it claiming 'it wasn't possible', I managed to convince him to give me some excellent odds. Got Liverpool to win a treble of the Premier League, Champions League and World Club Championship next season at 100,000,000-1.

Granted they are massive players for them but it was only two players: Yaya and Kompany. Can't use Tevez as he was there just mancini incompetence to not play him from the start!

Either way, should won, competed well, just still missing that elusive win against a top 10. BUT there are signs of improvement and that there is an understanding that is starting to emerge about our style and what we want to do ( not everything just short short short, pick the right pass, etc).

How wierd is it that Chelsea were so determined to get rid of Sturridge when they only have two strikers.
I remember a year ago having a conversation with one of their users on here and they insisted he's a left winger and nothing more, total rubbish of course.

I think Liverpool have got a good player there. Seems a bit mixed up in the head though, celebrates winning five European cups he played no part it, won't celebrate a goal against a club he was on loan to for a bit but is happy to dive against them to try to get another.
