A first for me today, meeting a Swansea fan who couldn't speak English! I was at an A-League game in NZ, (wellington pheonix v perth glory, a game which would have suited Julian Allsop, I think the ball touched the ground once or twice per half!!) But at half-time I spotted a Swansea shirt in the crowd and introduced myself, i can only assume it was a Korean lad as he had the number 24 and S Y Ki on the back. He was very happy to meet another Jack but with his lack of English and my lack of Korean we couldn't really communicate...still, awesome to see though, great to see us gaining fans globally!!

I go there myself sometimes to stand up with my mates(even though my seat is nowhere near) you cant fault the atmosphere but i cringe at some of the things said around there! lets just say its amazing how differently we see the world and indeed football for that matter.. Would that be anywhere near the real classy bird who sits about 4 rows behind me? You'll know who I mean if you've heard her, I think she suffers from a severe case of tourettes and you can hear her above all that's going on. Her favourite shout goes something like "LINESMAN YOU'RE A TWAT!!"
Not been aware of a" classy bird" shouting abuse when ive been there, is she a "big unit " ? in other words fat and podgy looking thing with a kid with her ??
Charmed I'm sure. I'll have you lot know that I can speak English. At Everton recently I was so close to the field I could communicate effectively with Leighton Baines. I was telling him all through the 1st half that he should shave his sideburns as he is no Bradley Wiggins. After 40 mins he came to take a throw and I could see him smiling at me, so I know he took on board what I said
.. i remember giving Jason macateer some verbels when he was playing for tranmere rovers, every time he came near me i was telling him how he was a has been and is embarrassing himself, didnt like it at all giving me the evil eye a few times and the 1000yrd stare when coming over to take a throw in..
