With other teams wining, Reading now won 5 out of 6, a draw against Norwich is no good.

If we go down it will be because Hughes never bought a decent center half at the start of the season and sold Helguson.

Harry didn't buy a second decent striker in January.

Three 0-0 draws at home and we can't score.

If Remy is injured for a long period we are left with:

Zamora who can only play one half due to his injury.

DJ and Bothroyd who are championship players.

Mackie who runs around like a headless chicken.

Hoilett also injured but if he comes back can he be the player he was at Blackburn.

With other results today and Swansea and Man Utd next not optimistic at the moment.

Remy injured already can only happen to QPR, :(((

The rest of our home games this season are against: Man Utd, Sunderland, Wigan, Stoke, Arsenal, Newcastle.
Apart from maybe the games against Man Utd and Arsenal, we should really be looking for a win against all of those teams. Lets hope we get Remy back soon, I can really see us struggling without him.

We keep saying we should be looking to win these home games, but we have only won 1 home game all season!. Remy out for 3- 6 weeks could be fatal

also drawn 4 out of last 5 but only scored one goal he lies the trouble & as i said after transfer deadline we are still light weight in striker department, ok signings was ok but missed out there in strikers, we have a goalkeeper & defence now, the rest well could cost us.

If remy is out then our strike force is weaker than before the window, which is unforgiveable given our position. Why the board didn't push harder to find a back up for remy I don't know. I'm sure that's what Harry wanted. Teams have been relegated in the past with a scoring record like ours, or even better. Sadly every one of our rivals has goals in them to survive. I feel sick....

Heard a radio programme the other week discussing the demise of the modern striker.

Made great play on Barcelona's decision to go without strikers (but then again, they can make do without can't they?) but also mentioned Liverpool in the first half of this season, and one or two other teams.

However, those type of clubs don't include teams like ours, more accustomed to playing in our our half, do they?

As far as I can make out, not getting another striker in in January wasn't for the want of trying by 'Arry or the board. Even with all the dosh, not many desirable and available strikers would've fancied joining Hughes' funny farm. Lucky we found a half decent manager in the state we're in tbh.

And the answer to the OP. We can't afford to lose another 6 games home OR away - and if we do, the draws will sink us as easily as losses.
