All a bit down beat espcially as we missed a pen, I hate to say the dreaded word "hair styling mousse" but it is the first time these players have played together and it does look promising. Expect a lot better as the weeks role by just hope we don't run out of time!

Not only am I disappointed with the result, but I had three bets on:

The first was that SWP would score - he had a great opportunity in the first half and was substituted after about 55'.

The second was that Taarabt would score (at 9-1) and nearly came when he stepped up to take the penalty.

The third was for an Rs win.

Could have been a rich, happy, rich, happy and rich little Uber this afternoon. Not to mention happy.

Just back. We huffed and puffed, but with Remy missing and Mackie up front we never really threatened. Adel didn't miss the pen on purpose, but what a miss that could prove to be!
Loaning out Cisse looks every bit as bad a decision as selling HH imo now. Remy could be out for weeks!!

Just as well I couldn't make it then Cerny!

If so, I'd have been sat in the Coningham Arms waiting to buy you a drink at 11.30am.

Thinking about it, you'd have done the same thing at 2.00pm too!

    :)

My youngest was desperately trying to put his Numberjacks DVD on whilst I was sneakily watching the second half.

What I did get to see reminded me very much of the home match vs Newcastle last season when SWP played a blinder and again we did everything but put the ball in the net.

Norwich are easily the dirtiest team at LR this season. Stats bear that out and that does not count the ones they got away with. Fatty Lumpkin is the biggest cheat of all.

On a more positive note, it was nice to see us all over a team for a sustained period for a change - last 30 mins.

Too little too late? Only time will tell but I am not optimistic at all.

Sour grapes.Your first shot on target was the missed penalty and you looked useless,It's all up chaps despite the big talk about how you were going to bury us.

That was very poor today. Definitely down based on that performance. Harry ****ed up today, and our players simply aren't good enough. One chuffing goal is all we wanted. I don't think we had a shot on target until about 60 odd minutes and that was akin to a SWP pass back. I've got the hump and very frustrated. I'm off to try and calm down for a couple of hours. Fuming.

Just watched it after work and it feels like a defeat. Townsend looks great. A win and defeat would have been better than two draws. Draws no longer good enough, win or bust time!

Completely happy to agree with 9s if you will agree you have a team that constantly cheats.
