I've never known a January transfer window like it. This is what happens when clubs leave transfers until the very last day. Chaos. Thank God Nige had his head screwed on and got our signing sorted before the window even opened!

 

What I think is amusing is him having a go at us for taking too long over the paperwork. Just remind me why he isn't preparing to play for Blackburn this weekend.

Yep, dj pressing for a.3.5 year deal, then seeing what palace would offer him. Eventually coming to hull on deadline day for.medical etc, but rumours of Holloway coming up.from London to try to hijack the real, then Blackburn coming in with late bid resulting in him stalling again.

Obviously its our fault!

 

It doesn't take 4 hours to drive to Hull from London - unless you are going a very scenic route in the snow. In terms of Pearson and the Leicester board signing Wood right at the start of the window - ideally that is what every club would want to do, but that relies on the player not plaing silly idiots as we have seen with one player turning up at QPR's ground to try to force through a transfer.
