I think if we get at City we can get some thing here. City have a few big players absent at the back.

This will be a huge game for Sturridge against the team that raised him. Can he grab the headlines?

    My team would be:

    -----------------------Reina-------------------
    -----------Carragher-----------Agger-----------
    ---Johnson---------------------------Enrique---
    ----------------Lucas--------Gerrard------------
    ---------------------Henderson------------------
    -----------Downing---------------Suarez--------
    ----------------------Sturridge------------------

    No Coutinho just yet.

  2. Rather keep Wisdom in and push Enrique forward, won't happen though!

Don't want to see it happen but I see Rodgers recalling Joe Allen too.

Is Downing the best we can do in that position?

I dont see why not. He has had plenty of time off through out the season.

Forgot it was only 2 days ago that we played last, he deserves it but he probably won't play, for the best anyway.

I wonder how Skrtel will react to being dropped?

I don't get all the hate on Skrtel, admittedly he's not Agger quality but he's still good enough to be a first teamer.

He is a good player but I don't think the mix is right with Agger.

Agger is quality, maybe if we get a top class cb then Skrtel can be benched and Coates can be sold/loaned out.

Loaned out is the best option I think.

I think Agger and Skrtel compliment each other well. But maybe they lack a voice.

When Kelly is fit I want to see him tried in CB along side Agger. Kelly's big, string, solid defenders and is good with the ball like Agger.

Now there's a combination Kelly Agger would be great, Kelly may be young but he is physical and likes to talk.

He could learn a lot from Carragher.

    I think its the future.

Think about in our system when the center backs part and play the ball out. Kelly's time at right back will have trained him up good.

Kelly also has plenty of match experience for his age.

Premier League, Europa League, Cups, Captaining the England under 21's. He also has added life experience from major injuries. That will make him respect his football career so much more.

I also think Kelly should grow a beard to go with his slick hair style. He'll look mean.
