I know literally nothing about the Rovers' team.

It's admittedly a little bit embarassing but I know they have some ex-Livingstone midfielder - other than that, I couldn't name a single player without googling it.

Hopefully, someone will show me up with a breakdown of their dangermen and likely formation.

For us, I've no idea what type of team Lennon will put out for this - it won't be second string because he REALLY wants to go all the way in the Cup but I think there will be a few changes.

Wanyama has had two poor games on the trot IMO and needs to pull his socks up if he starts.

If his fitness is up to it, I'd start Stokes.

The wee man has looked well lively in the last couple of games. That said, Watt deserves a chance back in the side - with Samaras injured and Lassad's poor performance at Hampden, there's every chance we'll have Hooper and Stokes up front with Stokes being replaced on the hour or so mark by Watt.

It's on council telly as well, for once.

    Mon the hoops.

Biggus what is council telly. I just wonder will the Celtic players have the hunger
and drive to overcome Raith in what is probably their dream draw. No matter
who they play in what formation, it is likely to be backs to the wall fighting
For every ball. Their spirits and the conditions of the wee narrow pitch is
a great leveller and it might take a bit of fortune or two to set us on our way.
Nil all in the second half could blow us out of the cup.

They played well at Celtic Park in the league cup , we were lucky to win 4-1 . Thought we looked stronger upfront midweek when Watts and Stokes were on , long time since we've played in Kirkcaldy , looking forward to good day out on Sunday .

"Council Telly" is a colloquial term (I thought a universal one, too - sorry) for non-subscription based TV channels.

    i.e It's on BBC Scotland <ok>

I've only been to Starks Park once.

It was (if not the first) one of the first games of the season and there was an absolute epidemic of wasps in the away end <laugh>

Anyone that was there will remember it, folk mostly ignored the game and were swiping away wasps for at least half an hour.

    I think it was a draw <grr>

I shouldn't imagine so considering it would be a draw.

Thanks Biggus, would this be an attempt of people trying elitism, because it certainly
wouldnt be true where I come from nearly all the 50 inch latest technology in TV
reception etc are in the council estates or schemes. ( I am not getting at you for
    elitism ).

Toiler, maybe it's a long time since you were at or watched a match but the match
Usually lasts 45 minutes plus 2 or 3 added for time lost. So , poor fellow when
I said if the match was nil all in the second, I was indicating that Raith were more
Likely to be spurred on to win, than a dispirited Celtic side who would prefer to be
elsewhere. Understand Toiler, that's good now go back to your comic.

That's why you go for a few pints before the game , then you don't feel the cold , the game is a sell out . We played at Raith 's ground the week before we went to Ibrox with no tickets ( I had contact for Ibrox tickets ) my pal and myself tried a dummy run at Kirkcaldy !! Never come across so many bigoted scum bags in my life , got moved to the Celtic end and gave Ibrox a miss and went to the old firm reserve game instead .

I was on holiday in Spain when we played Benfica in the CL (Kenny Miller scored twice).

A few Fife types were in the Scottish pub we were in and the Dunfermline fans amongst them were cheering on the Scottish team.

The two Rovers amongst them were absolute dicks and nearly came in their pants when Benfica hit the bar.

My mate plays for Raith, big striker called Brian Graham. He's one of the top goal scorers in the division this year and he's gonny get yeez!!!! He supports Celtic as well so he's looking forward to it even more.

Bit of deja vu here, I said all this when you played them in the League Cup earlier in the season.

Fabulous Fabio, Wonders never cease, Fabio claims to have a mate, although we
only have his word for it, I suppose its possible as some strikers are said to be daft.

Think you could be spot on here sh - certainly Raith Rovers will be up for this game - I just hope our players are as well and show the same commitment that the opposition obviously will.
