No it's a quote that breaches the issue of xenophobia and Racism in popular culture originally from the Ali G show. "Is it cause I is black?" is the actual quote, attempted by a white man pretending to be black and using his skin colour to justify his behaviour.

After being repeatedly told to do one, continuing to derail the thread and even trying to bring in the race card I think our mods have been given all the ammunition they need to rid our board of this nuisance.
