Third... at the moment. Watford, Palace and Boro are all breathing down your collective neck. You have two tough away games now (Millwall and Brighton). You could easily be sixth very soon. Let's face it, if Prossie had worked out (or you'd signed someone else for hat price!), you could have up there with Cardiff by now. Terrible bit of business by Bruce, which he's failed to atone for in January.

That is no more ridiculous than the comments you made about us. Which was the point of my comments, as I said at the outset. Apart from me accepting that my view was from watching a limited amount of your game. Unlike you ;)

Knockaert was ripping them apart first half. Nugent could have had a hat-trick if his first touch had been better on a couple of occasions. We seemed to sit back each time we were in front (which made Wolves look good), but we pressed when level, the seconds goal was coming, it only took 22 mins.

I agree about injuries, I was hoping we could get someone else in up front. But at least injuries does allow you to bring in emergency loans. Your players being **** doesn't. <ok>

What comments have I made about you that are 'just as ridiculous'?

Knockaert was the difference for me.

True Nugent had a shocker though. As did Woody.

Wood was pretty much molested every time the ball went long to him.

Also, I fear desperately for Wolves after reading this from Saunders

"We had 10 clear cut chances but twice got done on the counter attack."

If he thinks wolves had 10 ccc he's mental

I thought Wood would score when he took that ball down and hit that fizzing dipping volley. About the only thing he did though. Drop him!!! <whistle>

    Why, we won?

You are comparing Leicester and Hulls most recent games on TV, where we both admit we played poorly.

Difference is, we still won, whereas you lost <ok>

Theyre breathing down both our necks to be fair.
    I
And prossie has hardly had a lengthy run in the team. Hopefully he may get that chance as he had impressed in his last few appearances

I did say I didn't see the first half.

If our **** players can be second in the league at christmas and 3rd now theyre maybe not as **** as you wish they were?

Aye, I thought that was in. I'd jumped up <laugh>

Looking at the replay on the re-run of the game i'm watching now it wasn't that close.

He had one chance though in the second half when I think de Laet fizzed the ball across and his didn't get enough on it and it went out for a goal kick. That was a sitter, really.

Yeah, I don't understand the emergency loan market and how people are relying on it to complete the business they haven't done in January.

"It's fine, we still have the emergency loan window..."

Erm, what's the emergency? What constitutes an emergency?

"Help, our only striker is Proschwitz!!"

You continually made posts saying you couldnt believe we were top 6 then top 2. That was the point of my posts.

Petty I know. I apologise but I'm tired, had a bad day and going to bed

<laugh> Fair enough APM, we all have them, you're usually one of the better Hull contributors on this board <ok>

    I do still believe that.

But that's based on what i've seen of you and thats when you've been on SKY and our two games.

    You're yet to impress me.

True, but we keep winning, whereas you seem in decline. Poor results in Jan now two tough away games doesn't bode well.

It must be clear that Prossie isn't good enough by now. If not, then Bruce has to be questioned for not playing him when you're struggling for goals. Either way, it doesn't bode well.

That's why I let you know. <ok> In fairness, it hasn't been unusual for us to not be as adventurous when we're in front. Could have cost us if Ebanks Bank had put one of his chances away. Good job he's a fat waster.

You do see lot of teams near the top in this division around Christmas time that you know won't be their at the end. Hell, I remember when Leicester were top of the Premier League at Christmas, only to finish 13th.

I don't think Hull are ****, I think you're a couple of strikers away from being a very dangerous side. I know we go on about it a lot, but Prossie is the story of your season. If that £2.6m had been invested wisely, you'd be pissing this league. Sadly for you (and to our gain), he's a flop. If you'd signed two good £1.3m strikers, you'd be Prem bound by now. <ok>

Fair enough, you are entitled to your opinion. Even if it is wrong <ok>

    1. Every team has blips - you had one in December. We appear to be having one in January. I hope we bounce back as well as you have.

    2. He has been playing well recently. A lot of our supporters think he ought to be given a run in the team.

    3. Such an attitude could well come back to bite you in the arse against better opposition.

    4. I agree with you about our lack of strikers. I have been saying it for months.

    <laugh>

I think WBA should punish him for his behaviour by sending him out on loan. To the Championship. To us <ok>
